Swing Beat values your privacy. We believe that your personal data is yours alone, and our application is designed from the ground up to protect it.

Zero Data Collection

• No Personal Information in the App: The Swing Beat iOS app does not collect, record, store, or transmit accounts, names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information.
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics libraries or tracking SDKs. Your app usage, settings, and practice durations remain entirely local on your device.
• No Advertising Networks: Swing Beat does not use third-party advertising SDKs or targeted ad tracking.

This app may contain affiliate links to third-party retailers such as Amazon. If you click an affiliate link, the third-party retailer may collect information according to its own privacy policy. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.

Device Access & Frameworks

The app utilizes system features solely to perform its metronome and training functions:

• Audio Playback: Plays synthesized sound cues locally. We do not access or record audio through your device’s microphone.
• Haptic Feedback: Plays optional swing-timing feedback through Apple Core Haptics on supported iPhones. No haptic or motion data is collected.
• UserDefaults: Saves your chosen club, tempo, sound, countdown, swing-thought, and haptic preferences locally on your device.

Optional Support Requests

If you voluntarily submit the support form on this website, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide so we can respond. This information is not used for advertising or sold to third parties. The form is hosted by Netlify, which may process website request information under its own privacy policy. Support messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain necessary support records. You may request deletion of a support message through the same support form.

Your Choices

You can disable haptic cues at any time in Swing Beat Settings. Deleting the app removes its locally stored settings. Because the app has no account or cloud profile, there is no in-app account data to delete.

Any future updates to our privacy policy will be posted here. The iOS app does not collect contact information, so we encourage users to review this page periodically.
